Tregillan is situated 600 yards from the safe, sandy beach, ideal for children, swimming and fishing. It has two self-catering apartments.

Two double bedrooms consisting of Bedroom 1: Double bed, Bedroom 2: two single beds, handbasin.

Apartment 2 - First Floor - Sleeps 2-3
Bedroom 1: Double bed, shower, wc and handbasin. Bedroom 2 (leading to Bedroom 1): 3' single bed.
Lounge/diner with excellent sea views.
Kitchen
Separate wc and handbasin, shower.

Each apartment is fully equipped containing electric cooker, microwave, colour TV, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric heaters, iron, radio, vacuum cleaner and fitted carpets, and includes use of the secluded garden.

Please supply your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and personal linen. Duvets and pillows are provided and a linen hire service is available. A coin operated washing machine is provided for the use of both apartments, and also outdoor drying facilities. Cots nad highchairs can be supplied on request, free of charge.

Electricity is paid for by £1 coin slot meter with SWEB tariffs. During the months of November to March central heating is provided at no extra cost.

Off road car parking is available. Boats can be launched in the harbour. Temporary boat moorings can be arranged with the Harbour Master.

Dogs must be exercised off the premises and must not be left in the apartments unattended.

The apartments are personally supervised by the owner, who ensures that they are cleaned to a high standard.

Gorran Haven has local shops including baker, general store and post office, hairdresser and take-away. The new look Llawnroc Hotel pub and restaurant is within walking distance. At Gorran (1 mile) there is Gorran General Stores and Post Office, and nearby the Barley Sheaf Inn with restaurant and garden. Mevagissey offes a wide range of inns, cafes, tea rooms and restaurants.
